One single pricing based on the number of admin staff for Easylib 6.4a Cloud Library Automation Software and Easylib 7.2a Cloud Campus ERP Software. 

– Global Pricing – $1,200 per named user per year

– India Pricing – Rs.42,480 per named user per year (including GST)

– One-time deployment and data conversion charges – Rs.21,240 

Features and Conditions

– Each user gets full access to the software for use on the Easylib cloud. 

– Volume discounts apply after 3 user licences.  

– In the case of the library – Each user is expected to manage a collection size of 20,000 items, 20 journals, 1,000 students, one college and a digital library sized up to 1,000 digital collections and 5 GB. When size increases, more licenses need to be procured. 

– Subscription must be paid in advance. Easylib also has quarterly billing at a slightly higher pricing level.

Deployment happens with one hour of the order. Usually, data conversion completes in three days. 

The largest library running on Easylib has over 2,50,000 Collections and 16,000 Students. The software has been tested for up to 10,00,000 in Collections and 2,00,000 Member on our Cloud servers. 

International pricing is standard at $1,200 per staff per year. Data conversion is billed at actuals.
