How to open a ticket

Easylib support is provided based on tickets. Please follow the procedure to open tickets.

  1. Go to website
  2. Click on Client Support Login. This screen would appear. Input your user id and password.
  3. After login she can click on NEW TICKET and start creating a ticket
  4. Add details and click on SUBMIT TICKET. The ticket type can be PRODUCTION ISSUE as is
  5. One of our team members will check it as per queue. She can also see status by clicking on Your Tickets in the first screen
