Easylib support is provided based on tickets. Please follow the procedure to open tickets.
- Go to easylib.net website
- Click on Client Support Login. This screen would appear. Input your user id and password.
- After login she can click on NEW TICKET and start creating a ticket
- Add details and click on SUBMIT TICKET. The ticket type can be PRODUCTION ISSUE as is
- One of our team members will check it as per queue. She can also see status by clicking on Your Tickets in the first screen
